I have been a long time customer of Vogel Vet. In the last few years I have felt their service has started to focus more on money rather than actual care of animals. I have had several negative experiences but my latest has made me switch to a different vet. My poor 10 year old Golden Retriever was ill and needed to be guided to the Rainbow Bridge. With all of the pandemic going on I knew it was going to be difficult. I called and was told to bring her in and call when I got there. The 1st thing they wanted to know is how I wanted to pay for it. Through tears I managed to give my debit card. Then

Strongly recommend this vet. I took my cat Bella in when she was sick and they absolutely loved her and gave her the attention she needed. Well after a while Bella passed due to her liver problem, due to personal issues my dad had to take her in. They asked him if there was anything I would want, he told them her paw prints. Not even a week later I got her paw prints in the mail. I will definitely continue taking my pets here.

So yesterday (Christmas Day) I sent an email asking for a shot record for one of my dogs that has a haircut appointment this afternoon (26th)... They send me the email record about 2 hours later... on Christmas!!! WOW, that's customer service!!

Updated today 1-9-19. This is the most inconsistent place. Put my dog on Apoquel a week or so ago, they gave me a 14 day supply. Then I asked for a script to use an on-line pharmacy ($20/month cheaper) and they only wrote it for 2 months and then refused to fax it to that pharmacy "to protect me??". This is what a vet should be. We have 4 labs & have been using Vogel Vet of about 10 years now, 2 of our dogs are 11 & one is 2 & the older dogs have problems. Vogel Vet has been more than fair with us & always gets us in when we need it, even sometimes without an appointment. The care & advice we receive from them is top notch & the staff is always great.

Wonderful staff. You can tell they truly care about you and your pets well being. Also the young woman working the front gives exceptional customer service and is just delightful.

Both our dogs go here and we've never had a bad experience! The staff and doctors are always pleasant and honest when it comes to their health. There has also been numerous times I've called and needed to get them in that day and they make it work! I trust them completely with my animals and always will!!!

I have only used this veterinarian on one occasion but had a great experience under the circumstance. Approximately 2 weeks ago my 20+ year old cats health deteriorated quickly and they were able to get her in early and put her to sleep. It was a very emotional time for my wife and me we felt well taken care of during the whole process with the veterinarian talking us through the whole procedure. I initially brought my puppy to this place because he was having issues with his stool and after talking to his old vet in another state they suggested doing another fecal exam. Plus I'm a first time dog owner and had lots of questions about my puppy. Making the appointment was easy and the receptionists are super sweet. When we got there we struggled to get him on the scale, no biggie and then went into a room. The room seemed out dated and a little drabby. The employees here are always so nice. I recently had a medical emergency with my elderly dog who was staying at a local kennel. I was 8 hours away out of state and called them to let them know I was driving home to get my dog and asked if I could get him in the following day. To my relief they said they would squeeze us in and to get him there right when they opened at 9. We got there at 9 and we got right in. The vet took a look at him and gave us our options. Big thanks to Vogel for supporting rescues!! Their entire staff is organized and easy to work with. Very easy to schedule appointments, bonus points for being open until 7 several nights a week. Requests for paperwork are filled quickly and efficiently. I've actually never worked directly with a vet since all of mine have been drop offs but the office spaces themselves are quite nice. Love the availability of coffee and hot chocolate in the very spacious waiting area.

Can't go wrong here. This is truly a caring place to bring your pet.
