We are a medical aesthetics practice located in Glastonbury, CT which is owned and operated solely by Kristin Kolat, APRN and Wojciech Junger, APRN. Both Kristin and Wojtek are lifelong residents of Connecticut, as well as UConn graduates. They both began their nursing careers in the field of inpatient surgery and postoperative recovery before furthering their education to become Nurse Practitioners.
As skin ages, it begins to lose collagen filled with hyaluronic acid (HA). Collagen and hyaluronic acid add structure and volume to the face, therefore a lack of hyaluronic acid causes the skin to sag and wrinkle. Dermal fillers add volume to weakened facial features and can stimulate collagen growth.
The PiXel8-RF device uses radiofrequency energy alongside minimally invasive micro-needles to facilitate effective, non-surgical, skin tightening with little to no downtime. During the treatment, heat is driven deep within the skin layers to stimulate and remodel collagen and cause elastin cells to regenerate.

It is effective in reducing crepey skin which is a thin appearance to the skin which is especially apparent around the eyes/eyelids and may be sagging and loose.

I can't say enough about Wojtek, he had an amazing bedside manner. The office was very clean and all the small things he did to put you at ease was extra nice (beverages, music choice, stress ball..etc). Kristin was also super friendly and helpful. If I could give 10 stars I would!

My experience with Liquid Aethetics was great! The first time I got kybella was at a spa in New Haven. I felt like they rushed me in and out, and they did not take the time to understand what I was looking for. Wojciexh was great from the moment I walked in. He made me feel at ease and he was very honest with what I need/ don’t need. I’m excited for my follow up appointment in 4 weeks!

I don’t think I will trust anybody on earth with my face besides Kristen. She has the most gentle touch when it comes to injecting filler and Botox. She has been doing my lips and botox for a year now and I couldn’t be happier. Besides the amazing work she does to make me feel beautiful, she is one of the kindest people i’ve ever met. Instantly relaxed by the atmosphere LA has created in their waiting room. Very clean and just an all around good vibe. Had a consultation with Wojciech, he answered ALL my questions (trust me I had a ton) and was super knowledgeable. Yesterday was my first time trying Liquid Aesthetics and boy did it not disappoint! Kristin booked my appointment for me, and she was friendly and helpful on the phone when I spoke with her. I personally booked my appointment with Wojtek (pronounced Voy-tek) because I was referred by a friend who specifically sees him, but I see by other reviewers that Kristin is excellent as well. Had an absolutely flawless experience with Kristen. I hadn't had a Dysport treatment in years, but she did a fabulous job making sure my face was smooth but maintained expression. I had a follow up two weeks later, in which she offered a touch up of an area of my forehead that seemed particularly strong, thus requiring a bit more Dysport. When I asked what I owed, she replied "nothing!"...the touch up was free, just to make sure I was perfectly happy with my result.
