The people here are so nice and helpful. I always take my car in last minute for the most random issue and they're quick, but never overcharge. The previous location on Oltorf was walking distance to my place, but the new location is bigger and very nice. Even though it's a further drive, I still go because of the great service they have always offered. That's hard to find when dealing with places that offer these kinds of services.

I stopped by for a state inspection. I called the day before to inquire the wait time due to covid, everything's longer than usual. Needless to say, the gentleman who answered recommended I show up early as the place closes at noon on Saturdays. I showed up around 10:30am and there was a bit of wait (3 cars ahead of me). I waited patiently and when my turn came, I was out in 15mins or so. Staff was polite and professional.

These guys always do fantastic work and that's why we have been repeat customers for at least 15 years! I have an older Lexus and we took it to the dealership and they wanted something like $4 grand to fix it. The service manager at Lexus was awesome and sent what needed to be done to Klingemann and they fixed it for under $2,000. I know it's always scary to go to mechanics because a lot of them will rip you off but thankfully these guys are here to help calm your fears.

They crossthreaded a lug nut after a tire change, but were extremely helpful in getting the problem corrected. They thought ahead and ordered a new lug nut & stud right when they were first made aware of the problem so that I could bring my car in whenever was convenient and have it fixed right on the spot.

Stopped it for a quick fix on a Friday afternoon.. I had remounted my wheels poorly after a DIY brake job. Something to remember with Lug BOLTS vs Lug NUTS and the proper use of a wheel hanger pin. Had some steering wheel shake over 60mph..
They took care of my mistake, in under 30min.

The low tire pressure light came on in a car that is new to me. I checked the pressures & determined the tire that needed air. Trying to get air at the local gas station was a miserable failure. The machine would not read my card & the station owner would not give me cash even after I tried to make a purchase (directing me to an in store ATM machine). I didn't want to pay the fee since I only needed $1.50.

These guys did some repairs and maintenance on a car I had years ago. They also repaired my partner's car back in 2010. They do a good job and they're very kind and family oriented. They aren't the cheapest in town but you get what you pay for and I feel like you can trust these guys. It would be extra cool if you could make appointments and I don't remember the scheduling process but I remember thinking I would have gone more for repair and maintenance if I were able to schedule something. With that said, they did fit me in quickly. Highly recommend

Amazing service! I cant say enough about their friendliness! They told me it would be 30 minutes but they finished in 15. I felt like i had just sat down when they finished up because everyone was so friendly.
Completely separate instance, i needed a unique tire ASAP and they were the only place in South Austin that could get it in time, it also just so happened that they were by far the lowest price.
Could not recommend them enough!

Amazing service! These guys are friendly and outgoing plus even though it’s not necessary they have a nice little charging unit for all phones. A car inspection took about 20 minutes and cost less than 20$! I called after getting my inspection because my break emergency light was on and it was because the Emergency break was left up after the inspection (talk about being a goober on my part). The man who picked up didn’t make fun of me which was more than warranted and was very polite! If you are going to complain about them leaving the AC on full blast or them adjusting your seat too much

My daughter took her vehicle in as the turn signal would work intermittently. She was provided an estimate and we were told in would be ready the next day. It was approximately 3 PM when she dropped the car off and she was called before 5 PM the same day. The repair was made and lower then the estimate. My daughter was thrilled. We have always received great service and the staff are friendly and informative.

They have performed some super complicated repairs on my 2002 WRx and figured out a tricky issue with my 2013 FR-S that was causing the RPMs to unexpectedly rise and drop. They have performed brake jobs, shock replacement, etc. and have always provided great customer service, clear and consistent communication and reasonable prices.
They are not the fastest, but they are thorough, experienced and honest. I'll take that any day. If you are looking

"Perfect" would be the word I would use to describe my first experience just now and I will definitely be taking my vehicles back to this shop. It's a nice looking place with friendly people that do good work. I was shocked at the speed, efficiency, and excellent customer service that was demonstrated compared to other shops in the area.

I usually do oil change at Firestone, but the last time I went to their Ben white location, service was absolutely horrible, they didn't even seem to care about my money. So I decide to try this place this time, people were a lot nicer here at least. I'm a little rusty on math, but the bill does not add up here. The price for oil change is more expensive than other places, which is fine, but their coupon does not take anything off the bill. Be aware,folks. I'm probably not coming back any more.

After being frustrated by a dismissive interaction with the store manager (I'd dropped in for a State inspection) I received a telephone call from the owner, apologizing and offering a free oil change to give them another go.
Using their online "reservation" system, I recently requested an oil change and inspection for my husband's car. So, it's not really a reservation system. It's a prompt for their shop to look at your request and email you in return.
What I received was a response letting me know both services requested are "first come, first serve.
