RUN! It’s not worth it. Go find another non-Lindsey property. Trust me. I’ve been at this place for a week and our maintenance sheet and phone calls aren’t getting anybody’s attention so hopefully this review will.
The unit I moved into is repulsive. There was old food stuck to the cabinets inside and outside. Hair all over the sinks in the bathrooms and in the kitchen. Previous tenants obviously smoked cigarettes and the complex failed to paint/change carpets in between. The smell is unbearable and foul. The windows aren’t sealed. Absolutely shameful they would allow two young girls

Do NOT sign a lease here. Alex at the front hung up on me after a six hour drive to lease this apartment as I have a uhaul behind my truck. There were bugs on the floor, roach legs coming out of the door frame wood.
A C was frozen. Fan didn’t work. It smells like mold. Oh wait! Is that the green stuff up on the AC door? I called office to tell them they did not have it ready ( after of course they demanded full month rent and would not prorate ). Alex said it’s not his fault and cannot do anything g about it. I was upset. He hung up on me. I called back of course as I have a uhaul attached

Nice apartment, but leasing office workers are not helpful with anything you may need. I would never recommend it to another person who may need assistance from leasing office people, TERRIBLE customer service. Very very disappointed.
More details: The apartments are okay but the staff is terrible. I am very disappointed and would never recommend it. In my move in date, they took more than 2 hours to figure my leasing paper out, and I've just traveled 5 hours from Missouri to get there. Couldn't get into my apt and it was horrible experience, they did not know what they were doing. I am international

By far the worst experience I’ve ever had. They harassed me for a month about renting through them. I finally gave in and asked what they had available. They told me. I applied right after I hung up. Within 2 hours I got a call saying they are full. I PAID $60 for an application when apparently they had no availability the entire time. THEY LIED. I told the girl I wanted a refund. They refused. I filed a dispute, and now they’re charging me $110.

Great management and staff. They are helpful and are fast to fix maintenance orders. Had my washer break late Friday evening they had it fixed Saturday morning. The leasing staff are very informative than other Lindsey Run apartments. If they didn’t know a question I had they would ask another employee and give me a correct answer and not some bull. Great location and not bad apartments. Wish the cabinets were all dark wood and the counter tops were granite. Overall best place to live.
