There were several problems in the months I lived there, but the rent is cheap and the location is good. The appliances are small and inefficient, they worked, but not well. If you're lucky you'll be housed next to good neighbors, we were lucky the last four months or so, but in the few months before and before I moved in with my girlfriend the tenants were loud and made her uneasy about living next to them. There was a fair bit of crime, one of our neighbors was attacked early in the morning and my car as well as another resident's cars were broken into.
Now that we have our deposit back I'm

Over all I've enjoyed living here. The rent is cheap and the maintenance is pretty good about being promt sometimes you have to call to remind them but once they arrive there done in minutes. The office staff is nice enough. The office manager is probably the least helpful but the other two women are great. All general nice though. The grounds are always clean and the neighbors are mostly quite. I have no major complaints besides the appliances are to small ex. The stove is tiny and the dryer takes like 4× to dry one medium load of laundry. Good apartment for the price though.

Generally did not have much issues, except the one time I locked myself out. I reached out to the manager and was told i would need an ID to get back in because she did not know me personally (this was the first time I ever reached out to her with an issue after living there for almost a year). However, my ID was in my apartment and would be very willing to get it for them, but still needed help getting back in. Was then informed that they could not let me back in without it. I advised I lived next to the maintenance man and he could vouch for me. Was then told I quote "Well if he knows who you

Cheap is cheap. Appliances are outdated, inefficient and poorly maintained. The oven is tiny; about half the size of a normal oven. The dryer is about on part with drying clothes on clotheslines, requiring several runs to get the very few articles of clothes that it can fit dry; I removed the lint trap and reached in to pull out YEARS worth of compacted lint that had made it passed the lint trap and built up in the grate behind it, which could easily have caused a fire. The buildings are poorly maintained, yet rent continually goes up year after year. The pest control sprays in the pantry and around

Maintenance is good at fixing things in a timely manner. The bad part? They're possibly theives. Second time my stuff's gone missing without a trace.

This place was ok at first. Maintenance was fixing stuff right away and everything was going smoothly. My last month there however, I received a HUGE water bill and I contacted the office to check for a leak. They claim there was no leak. Weeks later, I found the leak and told the office to fix it. They did, but are refusing to take responsible for not finding it the first time and causing me a $600 water bill. I contacted Home Office and they're also not taking responsibility because I didn't report the leak before the high bill arrived. THE LEAK EVEN THEIR MAINTANANCE COULDN'T FIND THE FIRST

I've lived here for almost two and a half years and I actually enjoy living here. Whenever I've needed help or something fixed - they've been timely and friendly about it. Though the perception of the manager may seem as if she's rude, I don't find her or any of the staff to be rude at all. Maybe she seems rude because oh I don't know - maybe tenants don't pay their rent on time? But I've had no problems at all. Thank you, have a good day Merry Christmas!

If I could give them 0 stars I would. The maintenance crew is the only good thing about this place but they have 2 guys for over 20 buildings. The manager has an attitude every time you ask her to do her job. They close the office, club house, and gym whenever they feel like having it to themselves or don't don't feel like coming in at the opening time. I had my scooter stolen out of the parking lot and when I asked if there was any security footage at the office building I was told "We don't get involved in resident issues, I hope you had good insurance."On a non routine inspection (they never
