This is an awesome place to live I called about a place I seen on Google picture of it an it's right up my alley they are very friendly and great customer service thank you the greens and this is in Fayetteville Arkansas they told me to call back in January or February to see if they have any apartments then

Lived at this residence for over 2 years every lease the rent was raised by $40 and anytime I had to speak to the ladies in the office I was talked down to and treated very poorly. When I took over the lease I basically moved into an apartment that smelled like beer and cigarettes had to hire someone to professionally clean the carpets and I spent about 10 hours cleaning myself before moving in because I have a daughter that has asthma and when I mentioned it it was basically told to me that that's what happens when I sign the lease that I am responsible for whatever was left in the apartment and

This complex is rediculous. Called them about ice forming inside the windows because they are not sealing properly. They told me because the heat turns on they won't do anything about it. Well if the heat worked properly this wouldn't be an issue. Been a round and round and round thing with them so since they refuse to do anything maybe the building department, attorney general and BBB will. This is just one of many incidents that has happened since we moved in here. And Lindsey doesn't care. We have children that live here and if they can't get their buildings up to code then maybe they should

Love this place. It's perfectly located almost in the middle of Fayetteville.
The management team is so easy going and helpful beyond any other places I've lived.
The maintenance team is so helpful and come fix whatever whenever, just send an email.
I've lived here for q years and wouldn't dream of leaving.

I lived here for about a year and a half and I absolutely loved it. The building and a lot do the appliances were old, but not sure what you would expect from an apartment at this price. We did have some things break down here and there, but maintenance was always quick to fix it. Be ready to clean your apartment when you first get there a bit, but overall it was a great apartment to live.

These are 5-star apartments “for the price.” They are extremely cheap, basically the cheapest apartments with central heat and air in Fayetteville. You can find cheaper but those have window units. For apartments in general they are 1 star GHETTO. I was annoyed because I applied for the large 1 bedroom, and they gave me the small 1 bedroom which I did NOT want because it has the super tiny washer and dryer and stove. They also didn’t let me look at the apartment before I signed the lease, so my apartment had bed bugs when I moved in too and it smells horrible like someone’s bad breath which

I would like to add onto some of the other good reviews for this apartment complex. I will be living here almost two years and they have always been pretty good at communication and maintenance orders. Tasha the GM the main landlord is amazing, informative and cares about her tenants. There was an incident at my apartment awhile back and while I was in the hospital, the maintenance man and Tasha were on it real quick. They made sure my apartment was safe from someone just walking in (door was broken) and lodged it closed (even went through my window to make sure that door didn’t come open). The
