Jim has a pretty foolproof system in helping you determine the best listing price for your property; one that leads you right to the magic number that generates interest... and interest means offers, and offers mean you're far more likely to get what you were looking to get - I know we did. From there, the follow up was incredible - things got done, and any questions were patiently answered. Just be prepared for things to move quickly, because they are a well oiled machine that know their jobs and move things along

I heard this team on the 590am radio and I like their style and gave them a call they gave a lot of great information my biggest concern was over paying for a home and feeling pressured to buy because of the market but they go at your paste and it was an excellent experience the Jim Bottrell team will be my life long agent they made me feel some comfortable and now we closed escrow on the 15th and it felt amazing i couldn't have done it without this team thank you for all your hard work.

This team is phenomenal. When I thought about purchasing a home I made a goal for it to be in my 30’s but never in my wildest dreams did I think I would be able to purchase a home at 25 mind you I’m not making 6 figures my credit is decent and I have barely any savings but my agent made a way got me in contact with a lender who told me exactly what I need to do to boost my credit scores and give me background knowledge on what would be more ideal for a starter home. I’m so glad I came across this team on Zillow and I’m happy to be closing escrow within the next few weeks!!! Man what a blessing

She was very straight forward and gave me some details about being a first time home buyer and what steps to take. I am searching for new development single family homes in the North County region of San Diego. Of course within my ideal price range.
