Rich was great to work with. I looked at many options and found his homeowners and auto insurance bundled was the best option. He did not try to oversell me, just gave us all the options and answered all my questions about all the choices. He helped us make a well informed decision and we went with him and his product. Amidst this quarintine, I had to get a new car, plus, transfer from Louisiana Insurance to Texas Insurance. I called Rich, and, wow!! He was definitely on the ball.
Wonderful Customer Service, very friendly & likeable.....and most of all, cared about my immediate needs.

I went in for a job interview and Rich Martin was speaking to me as if I were a child. He asked me to define words that I was using. He then proceeded to harass me into trying to purchase life insurance even after I told him I would want to discuss things with my husband. He looked up my insurance policy without consent and then kept trying to offer me a quote. Months after the interview, I was still being sent mail and received calls about insurance quotes. The front desk clerk went to high school with my husband and she also harassed him about life insurance/insurance. I finally called Rich Martin

Although I’ve been a customer of State Farm for many years I recently switched my business to Rich and his team. Rich Martin is hands down the best insurance agent that I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. He stayed well over an hour past his office’s closing time to get to know me personally and give me advice on my insurance policy, as well as my financial standing.
