Unfortunately I switched from USAA to state farm, worst mistake I've ever made. Do yourself a favor and get out before you go thru a natural disaster! Dealing with them was actually worse than going thru the flood. Please heed my warning, you don't want to find out how bad state farm and connor will treat you. They are literally the reason insurance companies get such a bad rap. if you read this and think it can't happen to you and use them anyway, then that is on you. You were told.

This state farm agency has been so kind and helpful in my experience. I was paying WAY too much with Geico, and I switched with ease. Kameron was incredibly helpful and even bundled a life insurance policy and renters insurance policy and it was still cheaper all together than what I was paying with Geico for JUST my auto! Thank you Connor Reames and team!

I had been with Geico for 9 years and decided to get some quotes. State Farm was cheaper and wrapped my vehicle, trailer and renters insurance all in one saving me a great deal of money and hassle! Misty was professional and took a great deal of care to make sure all of my documentation was in place and correct. I would recommend this group to anyone wanting to save money and have great service!

Moved to The Woodlands from Florida and was looking for a new insurance agent. Definitely was very fortunate to come across Connor and his wonderful staff. The moment I walked in through the door I was met by Lauren who was extremely friendly and informative. I then met Connor who was extremely knowledgeable and very pleasant to deal with. The location is in a wonderful little home that was converted into a cozy and comfortable office space. I am very pleased with the quote they gave me, and am happy to be a State Farm customer. Micah really understood what I wanted and helped me get cheaper quote, than my previous insurance!! I am so glad I switched!
