When we were establishing our homeowners policy, Randy and his team were very responsive. However, when we needed help and attempted to use our policy, we were promptly forwarded to the 800 number.
After our year, I called both Randy and Maria to cancel our homeowner's policy before the year-end and thought it had been handled until yesterday. I received a Balance Due Notice for $119.82 for nothing. They didn't cancel the policy. Oh well, lesson learned. Buyer Beware.

My sales representative Jennifer was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable about the different policies and bundles available, she took time to explain in detail anything I was not clear on and she really ensued I felt comfortable and satisfied with the coverage I selected. I am so very pleased with State Farm as my Auto Insurance Provider! My Avalon was T-boned and deemed a total loss by SF Claims. They promptly leased a vehicle for me, and over-nighted forms for me to fill up; and post-age paid, over-night back to them. They went into immediate action to wire into my bank account, the funds for a replacement vehicle. I am proud to say I am insured by State Farm.
