We recently installed a new Heat Pump and Furnace in Coupeville and our homeowner received $1700.00 in rebates. Marshall's is your UTILITY referral FULL SERVICE heating contractor on Whidbey Island (the only one on Whidbey Island).
If something changed and we needed to drive it to say, Colorado and back several times we would certainly take it in for a complete inspection and hope to find anything that might be on the verge of failing or causing efficiency reductions, or we might consider replacing the car.
When the weather is normal here through the winter, in the 40's and 50's it is very much like driving our car to and from Coupeville to Freeland for shopping and groceries.But when we get our annual cold snap and it lasts for a few weeks. When the wind blows and the power goes out again, it would sure be nice to know we had everything serviced and ready for a "long trip".

Would like to say that I am truly pleased as to how quick we received a response to our no heat call. The tech came out that same day and fixed the problem without costing large amounts of money for parts not needed. We feel totally comfortable having them in our home and will recommend their service to all our family and friends.
The furnace runs blowing cold air and the heat pump won't start. Check the Air Filter and make sure it is not dirty. If it is, dirty remove the filter and turn the thermostat off and wait for 10 minutes. While you are waiting the 10 minutes, go through the home and open all the supply registers. Turn the thermostat on to heat and wait for up to 5 minutes.

Marshall's Mechanical replaced our furnace and installed air condition at the same time. From the first call for a quote Greg was quick to come by, followed up with a quote promptly, and then discussed several options for what I wanted. Their customer service is superb. Marshall's Mechanical does not work on the typical Island Time you see with other companies in Oak Harbor. They

I had a 40 year old electric furnace that needed to be replaced, so I began researching what it would take to replace it with a heat pump system. I had three companies come out to assess my setup and provide quotes. Marshall's was my third call, and was recommended by a neighbor. Greg was very efficient in assessing my house and quicker than the others to follow up with a quote. I was able to schedule an install date within a few weeks of accepting the proposal. Throughout this time, their admin, Megan, was very communicative and pleasant to deal with in getting all of the requirements together

I had a very poor experience with Marshall's Heating and AC and in particular, with Greg. My experience with Greg started out very positive. He came to my home and inspected our current propane furnace and we talked about air flow and that I should increase the return air flow to quiet the system down and make it easier on our next furnace. He was professional and got back to us in a timely fasion but I wanted to get two other bids. It took me a month to get back to him but I did because of my first impression of him and his great price on the new furnace. His quote was 1400 dollars less

We used Marshall Mechanical to sell us a new heat pump to be installed by their staff in a rental home that we were renovating. Our plans are to move into that home when it comes time to live in a single level home without stairs. So we wanted a quality product and installation. The entire process (permitting, scheduling the install, actual installation, etc.) went smoothly and efficiently. They offer a brand that is widely used in the world market but with slightly less brand recognition than the brand sold by the other ductless heat pump company on Whidbey Island. We had chosen that brand before
