Switched here from tan quest across the street. Nice beds. Clean. Young knowledgeable staff who actually look tan, which is the first thing I notice. I am a frequent tanner and have used alot of salons in the past 2 years, and I can honestly say this one is of high quailty. Also they have alot more up to date lotions and popular samples compared to the other salons in the area. Will contune my month of unlimited here at the highest level and see what results I get!

Went to the Strongsville location to find out that they simply bought out the old tanning spot there and did not change a single thing. I bought a package, and after seeing no results, I asked if I could be refunded and just pay for a single tan. She refused and just upgraded my package for no cost. Do not go here. Their beds are terrible. I recommend Skin Deep in Strongsville. Their beds are actually worth the price you pay.

Haven't been there in months, yet they still charged me. I went in for a refund and they refused it and said they should charge me for another month. Charge me for services in not even using? Not to mention way over priced. $35 a month, when other local businesses only charge $20 a month. The whole place was rude!!! They shouldn't even get 1 star!!!!!!

I stopped in to the Middleburg store to inquire about the flyer we received. When I walked in, I was greeted by the comment "What do you want? Most people just talk to me." I still decided to inquire about the one month of unlimited tanning or the VIP tanning package. The price per the flyer for the VIP package is $24.99, but I was told that it was actually $29.99 in the computer system. Then I was told that it was only $5 more and that it was still a good deal. I grew up in the neighborhood, so I have been coming here since day one. I did cheat on them, saw other people in between packages. But something always pulls me back in. Maybe it's the beds, or they fact that they provide the best value in the city. Not sure exactly, all I know is.... if I drive from Westlake to tan here, that should be some inclination of just how special this salon is.
Oh, by the way, they also have a great selection of lotions, offer teeth whitening and spray tans. What more could you ask for?
