I drive out of my way & past other tanning salons to go to neon beach in rocky river! Friendly staff, it’s always clean, very rarely do I need to wait for a bed, and the staff always lets you know if bulbs are new so you don’t burn. Overall great experience every time.

As a tanning bed first-timer, I have been nothing but impressed with Neon Beach! The staff was very helpful and polite when helping me decide what package would be best for me, and they even ended up saving me a few bucks based on their recommendation.
The staff showed me how the beds work and explained the different levels and timing. The facility, beds, and the overall atmosphere is clean and welcoming. A towel and eyewear is provided upon each visit.
I am very happy with my overall experience at Neon Beach!

Where do I start with this place, I've been going here in the winter for 2 years now, in that time I've had more aggravation then you could possibly imagine. To start I wanted to cancel me and my boyfriend's package for the summer because it just wasn't necessary when I want to do so I got major attitude from the manager and was told I could not cancel my boyfriends package because it wasn't in compliance with State Board. Listen I get it, State Board can be a pain in your rear but they had absolutely no problem ignoring state board when I signed him and I up, weird how

I prefer the Clifton location over the Rocky River location. The low pressure beds at the Rocky River location are older style which isn't a big deal but along with the older style.. they seem to not have as much power so the beds don't get as hot as I am used to. The more powerful low pressure beds at the Clifton location cost the same amount.

I NEVER go tanning, but recently went to get a spray tan here. It was great from beginning to end. The girl who helped me was so friendly and explained a lot since I haven't gotten a spray tan in literally 10 years. The actual tan looks great! It's lasted well over the pat few days and it's not orange, which was my biggest fear. I will be returning ASAP!

While the beds are top notch and the salon is sparkling clean I have a issues with the staff. While I did my time in customer service I always made it a point to make sure that I greeted everyone that walked through the door and I don't feel like that's the priority of the staff at the salon.
The prices aren't awful seeing as how they use high end beds with bulbs that are replaced pretty regularly and the Pura Sunless is amazing. But again, none of that matters if the staff isn't creating the right atmosphere. I've left on several occasions where there is a group of girls
