Monty has been our agent for quite some years now and we're so glad to have him!
Our previous agent was curt and dismissive every time we had a question about our policy or premiums. Monty has been the complete opposite, has been nothing but responsive and super friendly to interact with.
We had gotten into an accident on Easter Sunday, I emailed Monty the details thinking he'd get back to me the following day, Monday. Instead, he replied back the same day with options and solutions to handle the claim.
I'd recommend Monty, if you're looking for a personable agent who will go above and beyond
