There isn't enough I could say about how great Leo is. He is nice, reliable, and honest. So many places try to up-sell you, but Leo truly wants whats best for the customer. He is very forthcoming with all the options you have, not just the ones that will benefit him the most. Anytime I, or anyone I know has a computer issue that needs to be fixed, Leo is the first stop. To sum it, just like you have a car guy that you trust 100%, Leo should be your computer guy that you trust 100%

I built a new computer that wouldn't boot and I didn't have parts to swap as a test, so I brought it to Startec. Leo worked on it on a Sunday ON A HOLIDAY WEEKEND so that he "wouldn't be interrupted." After some effort he got it running, installed Windows, updated the drivers, and ran a stress test. Fantastic service and a pleasure to deal with. Thanks Leo! I won't go anywhere else.

I had issues with my laptop computer screen flickering and they were able to take a look at the computer and provide a quote (cost and time) immediately for repair. After taking apart the laptop, the diagnosis was exactly as he mentioned when I initially brought my laptop in and the screen was replaced even faster than the time quoted. I’ve had the laptop back for several weeks now and it is still working great. Overall very satisfied with my experience here and I’d definitely go back for any other similar needs. Great professionalism and expertise!
