I'm a lawyer of 42 years experience & have had many repair services for my office computer system & then when I switched to working from home. I used the services of Chris the owner of COMPUTER SYSTEMS REPAIR this August of 2021 to service 2 of my desktop computers (on the older backup I'd already cannablized my 3rd computer that had a burned out motherboard & removed it's graphic's card & RAM to upgade my 2d older computer & downloaded the appropriate drivers & it was working well but the read indicated I only had 8GB of RAM rather than the 16 I&apos

My laptop had been sitting in my closet for 6 to 9 months and i Was having a small issue with my laptop turning on and a piece broken off and i wasnt even sure if it was worth fixing or if it was just time to replace it. I was grateful to call, take it right in and literally within 30 minutes i was picking it up with a lot smaller of a bill than i had thought. I just wished i had found this place sooner. I will definitely use them in the future and ive already recommended them to other people.

My computer kept freezing on me and it ended up being my hard drive. Meh. I was leery at first since it's at a home but I thought I'd give it a try. He was so helpful and communicated the whole way through so there were no surprises. I got it back in a day or so and everything is working great. Thanks so much!

This company is terrible. They are bad a communication, they did things I didn’t ask them to do they didn’t fix all of what I asked them to do. They broke things that weren’t broken. When I seemed satisfaction I was yelled at and called several names that I will not repeat here. The owner is very unprofessional!!

I brought my computer in for repair this week and may I say this team is amazing! They were able to save all of the data on my computer and were very diligent in getting it repaired quickly. They called me with updates on what was wrong with my computer and what steps they were taking before doing what needed to be done.
