To all customers of Advanced Dermatology beware of billing at the end of your visit. At the end of a visit to the Katy office in was told my insurance deductible had not been met. I then paid the full amount of the visit. I later found that my deductible had been met and I was owed the full amount of what I was billed. Advanced Dermatology offered a credit for future visits. I was not interested in this credit and requested my payment be credited back to my credit card. I have not received this credit and it has been several weeks since the request. If this has happened to you please speak up in

So often when I go into a physician’s office the staff is so professional, they hardly smile, going about their jobs quietly. This office is friendly, and smiling. It appears the staff enjoy talking to their co-workers and patients- it gives the place an air of being a great place to work. Enjoyed my visit!

I have been a patient at Advanced Dermatology Katy for over 10 years. My experiences have been nothing below exceptional! All of the staff are pleasant and accommodating. I am seen at my appointment time and Piiper is the best! She always listens and does a thorough exam. She has been able to correct any skin and hair issues I have had.

I absolutely love Dr. Duncan!! Jahira the Patient Care Coordinater, is awesome & is quick to reply with any questions or concerns you may have prior to your appointment. Dr. Duncan's placement of the various fillers are always spot on & you don't look (over done) but refreshed. She's also not pushy & doesn't try to upsell you on products that you don't need. I would highly recommend her to any and everyone!!! She gets a 100 stars in my book!!!

Dr. Duncan is amazing. I got shingles shortly after having my 2nd Covid vaccine shot. She was the only one who figured out how to help me, and I didn't even go to her about Shingles. She leaves no stone unturned to help.
Her staff is also very friendly, helpful and on top of things. I wish all my doctors were as amazing as she is. Thank you for caring Dr. Duncan.

The staff are always friendly, nice and professional. Dr. Bangash is great. He always answers any questions I have. He makes sure I’m informed about my diagnosis/medications. His assistants are kind and make me feel comfortable. This is my first time coming back after 8 years and I would highly recommend coming here!

Went in for my appt. it was at 2:00 but didn’t get seen until 2:30.
When seen the culture for my skin was brief and explanation of what to do or what it could be was very quick. Only seen for like 5 minutes. This placed just lacked a person touch.
Hopefully I was diagnosed correctly. But overall with the price of self pay, it was okay!

When I called to make an appointment, I was pleasantly surprised someone picked up after the first ring. They were polite and very helpful. I got an appointment for later the same day.
The Doctor, was very knowledgeable, informative and took time to listen, examine and explain to everything to my satisfaction.
Highly recommend.
