It typically starts with hormonal changes during puberty but in some people, these hormonal fluctuations don't start until age 30 or beyond, even if you've never had acne before.
If you have not had an appointment in more than 2 years you are considered a new returning patient. Please Note: We will file your claim with your Secondary Insurance company, but you are responsible for paying the secondary amount. However, you will get a refund once the secondary insurance company pays.

I started my journey last year I came in with major hairloss due to glue being applied to my hair and the stylist not telling me about the maintenance of the style and how important it is not to come in every 3 weeks for a retouch however I am just getting to to point where I can talk about it without being drawn to tears however. everyone was amazing listened and treated me with much respect. was having a hard time getting through online the doctor called me personally I will never forget these people Receptionist assistants doctors the energy from everyone was Great wait time was reasonable.

I am very dissatisfied and livid with the service here. My appt was at 345 and even though we had issues with insurance the DOCTOR IS NOT EVEN HERE YET! Every time I have come here they have messed up my insurance validation And made mistakes on my insurance. They have had me waiting at least an hour for every appointment the last and this one I wasn’t even able to be seen because I had to go back to work after waiting an hour and a half. I asked them for an employee discount because I have had to run my insurance personally every time I was here.

Scam scam scam! I had to wait over an hour and half to see him and he had an attitude about it. His staff kept making mistakes on my paperwork. He tried to charge more than my copay. He will try to charge more than what your supposed to pay. Please call your insurance and finalize your amount. His products doesn’t work at all. Don’t waste your time or money here!!

Dr. Moore is incredible! He was able to diagnose and resolve a scalp issue over the phone/virtually due to COVID that I'd been dealing with for years. He did what 3 other doctors couldn't do in person. I'm so grateful for Dr. Moore! I will never go anywhere else! He has amazing skin care products and shampoo as well! Thank you to Dr. Moore and team!!

I made an appt with the DOCTOR. The medical assistant said I will get the DOCTOR and a nurse practitioner entered the room. This was my FIRST visit!! Np’s are great but this one got it all WRONG!! Went to another dermatologist and I was misdiagnosed. I was sold many of his personal products that were suppose to perform miracles. This was so very upsetting and really makes me question the integrity of this office.

I went here a few years ago when I first moved to Houston. I really wanted to like them, but they are not organized at all. Additionally, they made my condition WORSE. The doctor does NOT take constructive criticism well when it comes to his products. He just wants them sold. There were other issues that I had with this dermatologist too. I decided to find another dermatologist, and she cleared my condition up immediately.

I was really excited to try this dermatologist for the first time, but apparently gaining new clients is not their top priority. I was told misleading information from the start. Per their request, I had to fill out a long registration form online and I was told I they would get back to me within 24-48 hours. I even sent them an email regarding making my appointment. Two days later, I hear absolutely nothing. I gave them a call and they notified me that they have been too busy and I MAY get a call tomorrow. I'm wondering who is really going to wait 3 days just to set an appointment? Even if they

I have been a patient at Moore Unique Dermatology & Spa for over 5 years. Dr. Moore and his staff are very knowledgeable about skin care!!!!!!!!!! The office staff are very attentive and friendly. The wait time is minimal. The spa services that are offered are very reasonably priced. My skin has improved dramatically. As a family physician, I recognize good (and poor) medical treatment quickly and accurately. I can sum up Dr Milton Moore in a few words....fantastic diagnostician with charisma and innovation. He was quick to spot what was wrong with my skin where another primary care physician (and myself for that matter) were stumped. His staff is first class and waiting time averaged less than 5 minutes on my two visits. I highly recommend this superstar of dermatology for all your skin and hair needs!
