Phil Yates (DRE #01888174) has worked in the Real Estate industry for over six years as a Property Manager here at APG Properties. He started out assisting with the management duties of a 4-Plex in Anaheim over ten years ago, and discovered his passion for the industry. In 2009, he was licensed as a Real Estate Agent by the State of California and the Board of Real Estate, and currently maintains his license with them.
We invest in advanced technology systems so we can provide you with the best service and manage your properties efficiently and effectively. We have chosen property management and accounting software called AppFolio Property Manager. We can securely access information about all properties at any time and from anywhere.

Dale has been a been a great help in coordinating all of our maintenance needs for our rental property. We are newly weds, this is our first apartment and so far we love it. APG Properties staff and owner are fair, and promptly respond to any request we might have. We can pay out rent online, which is very helpful for us! We do not have to go to the bank to deposit our rent like in our old place. The neighbors are wonderful, the community is peaceful, and even though parking is limited we make it work. My husband and I are very happy here, but when it's our time to leave, we are definitely going to recommend this place to family and friends.

We interviewed two companies for our property management needs: the "big guys" and APG. The big guys sent a sales rep; APG sent an owner!
Not only was Dan immediately more personable, but he told me the truth right up front. I knew exactly what kind of work we'd potentially need to do to get a renter in our place. Dan shared his and his team's story and I knew right away that I could trust him managing our property.
Phil is also very professional and quick to respond to email. Really great guys!
