I can't say enough good things about Mark! He answered all my questions (text and emails) about my wedding cake. He is very professional and made us feel right at home when we came by for the cake tasting. Not to mention all the cakes were delicious it was hard to choose the 4 flavors we wanted! I will definitely recomend him to family and friends and will be back for cakes for holidays and parties at my house!

I have a friend planning a wedding and she asked about cakes -- it has been 15 years since my last child's wedding, but Mark did all three of my children's weddings, even in Birmingham! The cakes were stunning, creative, and the most delicious I have ever tasted! And Mark was a delight - he goes out of his way to be helpful and is just as excited about the wedding as the family is -- so I recommended him to my friend with great enthusiasm.

Classic Cheesecakes has been making our cakes for over 15 years. Starting with our wedding cake, and continuing with Anniversary cakes almost every year after. He's also done our son's Bar Mitzvah cake as well...you'll never go wrong with Marc and his creative convections. They are as beautiful as they are delicious!

Absolutely divine! Mark was such a pleasure to work with from the moment he welcomed us into his home for our first tasting at 9am on a Saturday. We tasted the best cheesecakes and pound cakes and knew that our first stop would be our last. Mark walks you through every step of the way - I wasn't a bride who had every detail on paper from the get-go - and we couldn't have been happier with the end result. Definitely one of the best parts of the wedding!
