State Farm insurance sent them to tow my car recently.
They towed the car, but locked my key Inside it at the garage. There was a key drop at the front door.
It resulted in a delay repairing my car. The manager at Excite, after conversation, finally agreed to go over to the garage and get the key out..(" at no charge" to me) 🙄
He never showed up to retrieve my key.
I will not deal with this place again. Told State Farm to delete him from their list of tow companies.

If I could give this company a 0, I would. Needed a tow through Progressive and got a 3 hour ETA. AFTER 4 hours, I tried to call them, but went to a voicemail that was full, yet received an automated text from them. THEN I received another text with an updated ETA of ANOTHER 60 minutes. THEN, YES THEN, received another text stating they couldn't complete the service. This is no way to do business and will NEVER recommend this company!

I recommend this company. Very friendly and professional. They gave me recommendations on what I could do to the car based on what they saw and what needed to be done. I got good estimates and what if estimates on other issues that may arise based on when they got into working on the car. I will definitely consider them for work in the future. A friend of mine recommended them as she had been going here for a long time. I was very happy with the results.

I normally don't do too many reviews but I have to take the time to explain my experience as these guys are rare these days. I had to have the radiator replaced my Son's Sprinter van and Excite is top shelf. They are very competitive on prices, do high quality work, and extremely conscientious . They treat you like you are a lifelong customer, even though I never met them before. They take time to explain what you don't know and Ed and Dustin want to make sure you are satisfied. They will be my top recommendation for friends and family.
