I figure if we are required to have insurance then an insurance company should not have the right to just drop someone because of accident. After all, we are required! Does not make sense to me at all. I faithfully pay my insurance. Gone so long with no accidents and no tickets of any sort. Then one set of mishap and they drop you like a hot potato! I'll never go back to them ever.

5 stars! Every time I call them and ask for anything they are always happy to help me. I had Geico and after that awful customer service I appreciate how well state farm caters to my needs. The prices are the most reasonable from what I can find anywhere! Call Shari, she is great! There is nothing better then the table side manner they provide.
