I have used them for about 5 maybe years. I am always pleased with their punctuality, and professional care of my home irrigation system. I have used the same tech (CHRIS) for that period of time and cannot say enough good things about his work.
The funny thing with west boca is that they dont ask for money at the time of service. Its sort of like , OK when youre ready give us a call and pay us. They do present you with a bill at the time of service of course, but you do have an idea of what the job will cost at the beginning of it.
I feel comfortable knowing that WBI is a member of my home maintenence

We've used West Boca Irrigation a few times since moving to our house. They're a wonderful company, very responsive, competent and goes above and beyond what most companies do. The technician calls before coming and has always been on time which is much appreciated. Would highly recommend this company.

I wasn’t real happy with the last irrigation company I used so I decided to try West Boca Irrigation. Very glad I did. They sent Jerry out to my house and he was fantastic. Super nice, very professional, excellent at his work. He replaced, repaired, adjusted sprinklers and added a new sprinkler all in short order. He found sprinklers I didn’t even know I had. They had been buried by grass long before I bought my place. He fixed those too. All on time, with great service and quality of work. The cost was very reasonable. I’m done looking for a good irrigation company, West Boca Irrigation

Very professional. Immediate callback to make appointment, plus a heads-up call before arrival (on time, by the way). Service technician (Chris) was very professional and knowledgeable. All the work was completed efficiently and at a reasonable price. Highly recommended! (Incidentally, two other companies I contacted never bothered to return my calls.)
