I called during a drought and couldn't find anyone to even return my calls about sprinkler repair. These guys were prompt on the phone, apologized that they were backed up but still got me on the calendar. As it turned out, they were able to get to my place earlier than scheduled. Angel was very professional, courteous and capable.

Angel charged me over 900. for system "tune up", and then, after doing nothing, told me I needed to spend another 2,000. At that point, I realized I was being scammed and would not allow further work on my sprinkler system. Repair from another company was completed for 185. I will never use East Coast Water Works again.

A +++ company !! My wife saw their truck in our neighborhood and asked for a business card. I did some research and their company seemed very reputable. I was not disappointed. They returned calls promptly. They were there on time both occasions. Their prices were very reasonable. Service on our system was beyond expectations. What more could you want? Highly recommended!!

It so happens that the owners kids go to the same school as my girls. It was very easy to schedule an appointment for a quote, which was fairly detailed and sent in writing, and equally as easy to schedule for the actual work to be done. Both employees who came out to the house to do the job were extremely professional and knowledgeable. They worked tirelessly, yet neatly, until the job was completed. I would recommend ECWW to anyone interested in quality work, knowledgeable employees, and great customer service!

I can fix my irrigation system but didn't have the time so I called them for my new home 13 days ago. Parts cost $70, labor $120. So far I have had one pipe repair slip apart b/c he didn't join them with the proper pieces and only dug it 3" below the surface (I fixed it today), had one sprinkler head slip off its line (made them come back for that 5 days later), he didn't replace a head like I asked (so I did), and didn't replace one of the sprinklers (so I did that too). Why bother?

I'm looking forward to being the first to review this business they put in a system at one of our properties. Right now we are waiting for them to tweak one part on the system. I will definitely be updating the review as soon as we sort out this last issue. So three for now, but to be updated in a few weeks.
