1st time homeowner, I noticed brown spots on lawn. A friend referred B&R. "Technician" was a kid, and told me I needed my lawn torn up for thousands of dollars to reach the brown spots. I told him I never even saw dew or water in the morning. He said the timer worked and it was just so early in the am that it evaporated before I woke up. Paid for service call and really got nothing.
Fast forward, I installed new landscaping and I had to make sure all of it was getting irrigated. Made a post on NextDoor and was referred someone new. He came out and tested the timer and said it

This an updated review. B & R Took the time to hear my concerns. They proactively contacted the management company of my condo. Which did nothing to follow up on the dead shrubs in the image displayed. I have reached out again to the management and the president of the association to resolve. Thank you Tilly and Jeff for taking the time to explain. Your diligent follow up is appreciated.

I have used B and R Industries before for water sprinkler issues but this time they were so customer service positive even I was surprised! I needed some attention to my well which apparently was clogged and they came right out even the day before they were scheduled. The serviceman took care of the problem and when I had to leave for an appointment there was no hassle from them and they were kind enough to say they would bill me since he wasn't completely finished checking his work. He also told me exactly what he had done and gave me a "heads up" on what might be a problem in

I recently had B&R come out to re-work my sprinkler system. They showed up on time and were very professional and courteous. I had some custom situations that they were able to accommodate and they got me up and running like new. Thanks again to Ryan who came out several times to help me prepare for my project! I would certainly hire them again for future irrigation needs.

I had an appointment scheduled between noon-2pm. At 2:30 I called the office to check on my appointment. I was told the tech will call me when he was on his way, he showed up around 4pm (no phone call). He evaluated my concerns and questions (very polite), called the office to get a quote, provided me a verbal quote and charged me $64.00 for the consultation (that would be credited when the work is billed).
I asked for a written quote and was told would take a day or two, which was fine with me. The tech even had ME write my email address on the ticket to avoid any confusion/loss in translation

So very pleased with their service in every way! Pleasant Customer Service on the phone, prompt service call by a young professional who was fast and efficient. He explained what he was doing and provided homeowner tips for keeping my sprinkler system in good working order and troubleshooting problem areas for better water coverage. I have been in Florida for over 22 years and purchased a 25 year old home which needed a ton of renovation. When it came time to do my irrigation system I had Shane from B&R Industries come to my home. In all the contractors who have done work on my residence, this young man has to be the most professional, courteous, and respectful individual I have ever met. The office staff are a pleasure to deal with and the service and response time was amazing. Never has a contractor treated my property with so much respect. I wish every young man could model themself after Shane.
