Our dentists will thoroughly examine your teeth and take any necessary x-rays of the area to prepare for the dental implant. Terrible Dentist, my wife has called me in tears the couple of times she had work done because they have absolutely no care for the comfort of the patient. Not listening when she said she was not numb. Yelling at her for moving because they were hurting her, being rude punched her in the face while grabbing instruments without even an apology. Absolute disrespect for the patients with the only concern and intentions are getting done what they have to and moving on. I understand it's a business and they do not make a lot of money accepting apple health. But have some compassion for your patients

Avoid this place at all costs!!! The only reason we went there is because at the time we were on WA Apple Health and it was one of the few places that was covered and it was close to home.
I can say they brought my wife to tears twice during work. They also rarely have an assistant and so the dentist does his/her work while also trying to do the assistant work at the same time. No bueno.
I was numbed so much for my teeth cleaning that it lasted like 24 hours. My wife had nerve issues for weeks from the numbing needle. They did nothing to help...at all.
To summarize, go here at your own risk

I personally have not been to a dentist in about 4 years and had to get several fillings, I did not feel judged. Everyone there is super friendly! Had a great experience each time I had went in. I could not continue my care here bc I’m moving to Wenatchee! But I’d totally recommend access dental!

I hadn't been to the dentist in many years, which then caused me anxiety. I finally made an appt, and the 1st visit went really well. The young man who did my x-rays and helped with the Dr. was so very kind and understanding. The Dr. was really nice also, and could tell I was anxious. After explaining what issues I had going, he said let's take it one step at a time so you aren't overwhelmed. I was shocked a dentist and his staff were so accommodating. Though I had to pay out of pocket for a crown, its not their fault, and they offer as low of prices as they can. Today I went in for my filling

Just got off the phone with one of the receptionists, she was a wet blanket, and the slog of dealing with her was worse than the toothache I was calling about to begin with. I explained multiple times that my coverage wouldn't cover what other dentists told me were unnecessary crowns, but she simply kept parroting that they had to be crowns, and normal fillings weren't an option. They already take routine coverage, and yet are only interested in out of pocket procedures.

I cannot more highly recommend this establishment for dental services. In all aspects of my visit, Access Dental surpassed my expectations. From a front desk team that was able to speak THREE different languages to Dr. Han's meticulous attention to detail, my experience could not have been better.
Specifically, I was extremely impressed with the service provided in both my teeth cleaning and Invisalign fitting. I was close to suing this group of so called experienced dentist. Read on to see why. The only thing they are experienced in is how to maximize the state benefits for individuals who have that insurance and use them up. I paid cash for my stuff upfront until they asked for my insurance then every appointment that was set magically changed and I was never seen for the problem I came in with. Its a tooth factory, the more they schedule in the more they make. Like any practice based on capitalism but the differences is all the dentists I have seen after them never treated me the way Dr. Ego did

I went into this dentist office for a few fillings. They filled them all right. I kept calling because I was in serious pain for weeks after. They seen me again and gave me antibiotics and ibuprofen and sent me home. No xrays no nothing. Just felt my face and said I had a fever. So I went to another dentist. Turns out now I need not one but two root canals. My insurance only covers so much so in the end this will end up costing me about 3500-4000$. I'm not impressed and I would not recommend this dentist office to anyone!! Worst experience ever!!

Dr. Joung is super great doctor went over treatment plan with me and showed me the xrays throughly so i have a better understanding. Really great people here to so friendly and caring. I highly recommend this place. I will be back and tell my friends to chexk this place out. At seamar takes them 3 months to get anything done here they want to help get all treatment done before more issues come up.

Do NOT go here. I was very sketched out during my appointment, the assistant was making many mistakes and his hands were shaking during many of the procedures for my fillings. I remember thinking, these fillings will probably just come out. Later that night, three of the fillings came out. When I came back to complain the next day, the receptionist told me that the dentist I saw had frequent complaints. What?? Seriously? He also had glued two of my teeth together. I'm still in shock! This was the best dental appoint I've ever had and I'm terrified of the dentist chair. I had a wisdom tooth and the roots of a failed crown removed. They were so comforting and understanding about me being so mortified. It only took 24 minutes from the time I sat down in the dental chair to them telling me I was all done. I was completely shocked. I thought he was going to tell me he was about to pull the first tooth when he told me I was finished. FINISHED!

Today was my fist day at this office. The first thing I noticed was the very unpleasant atmosphere of the office. The girls at the front were talking bad about other patients with no regard for me. When I went into get a cleaning I left with X-rays and no cleaning. I was pretty annoyed. Also because when they did the X-rays there was nothing to protect me. I will never go back! And no I didn't go in on February 10th this is just when I wrote my review.

Everyone was really nice. A year ago was my 1st cleaning w/ AD & left w/ gap on lower tooth. Went again 2days ago & now I have 2 gaps on my lower teeth. The 1st never went away. I contacted dentists & they are using a devise that's about 5 years old called cavitron to scrap plaque around gums & teeth that is "suppose" to be better. I think it is causing gaps if used incorrectly. I'm 45 & sat in many dentist chairs and never have I left with gaps. The dentist is good but needs to use a different tool for cleaning.

If I could give this business 5 negative stars I would. Worst customer service of any business I have ever been to. The front desk staff has no idea what is going on and they make up quotes left and right and never agree on a cost. When I went in for fillings, the dental tech cut the inside of my mouth when trying to take an x ray and didn't even offer to rinse the blood out of my mouth. The fillings then fell two days later. and it was a huge hassle trying to get them to fix it. They tried to schedule me for 3 months out, I couldn't believe how horrible their customer service is.
