Radon gas is created during the natural breakdown of uranium in the ground. Uranium is a natural element with weak radioactive elements in its original state. However, when the material starts to decay, it changes from a solid form to gas form, and this is when it becomes dangerous to humans.
Elements of the plumbing system such as the supply, drain, water heater, and fixtures are in good condition and that if any upgrades were completed they were done so professionally and within standards. Elements of the condensing unit, air handler, and duct system are in good working condition, has been well maintained and has a reasonable life expectancy of 2-5 years.

Incredibly pleased and beyond satisfied with the work. The reports were detailed and he notices so many things I wouldn’t have even thought to look at. His honesty and dedication to helping his customers is phenomenal. He spent his time gladly helping me understand the major issues that needed repair on a house I was buying. He is thorough and has great customer service. Although I ended up not getting this particular house, I will be using him for any future inspection needs.

I used Cooper Inspections for radon testing last summer. Anthony Cooper set up an appointment that fit my schedule, called to remind me of the appointment a few days before, and was on time. He took his shoes off on his own accord in respect to my interior floors. Anthony explained the process of the test in a clear and thorough manner. He had to come back at another appointment to get the test to decipher the results. The final report was emailed back to me quicker than I expected and with more detail than I could have asked for. Never use this nut! Every scratch on a floor, crack in a sidewalk, any previous repairs he recommends cost of a structural engineer report! Almost a hundred pages of repeating bs, then each 'needs repair' requires hiring another professional for their opinion, because this guy's an idiot, so he passe the buck.
Structural Engineer $450, Hvac repair estimates $100, certified plumber $85-$165, not to mention electrician, roofer, lot engineer, etc. Save your money! He requires the house to be new or he will over exaggerate needed repairs. His inspection will cost you $1,000!
