Rodney Feltz performed a detailed sale-pending home inspection for us in March 2021 which included the primary residence and newly built barn. He found numerous safety and health issues and fully documented them in a professional report....items we found ourselves and many items we did not see. He went over all his findings the day of the inspection. He did the inspection on time. We thought he did a thorough job and as a result we were able to require the seller make numerous repairs saving us time, money and headaches down the road. He impressed us with his practical knowledge of all aspects

I saw the Feltz van while he was inspecting another property and googled the company. I filled out the online request form and within a few hours I heard back. He was upfront with us letting us know he was very busy and wouldn't get our report to us till about 2 days later. He emailed the report and it was very detailed. It helped us make some decisions with our home buying. If our current purchase does not go through, we will use him again.

This idiot does not know the difference between a foundation and skirting. Does not know starter shingles from the real roof. Do not recommend him. Not able to be honest.
