I had a water heater replaced this week by Mac's Plumbing. Not only were they on time, efficient and professional, but Tommy, Jacob and AJ were probably the nicest guys that have ever done work in my home. They took the time to explain everything thoroughly and answer all of my questions. If how you are treated as a customer is important to you, I highly recommend Mac's Plumbing.

Jacob was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was also really honest about pricing and did not try to sell me anything extra which is always appreciated. He also taught us a lot about our garbage disposal and water heater and gave us some recommendations to make them last longer. Great service. Give this man a raise :)

Mac's Plumbing is an exceptional company. I've had Steve come out off and on a few times the past couple years and each time had a great experience. Steve is professional, knowledgeable, gives thorough estimates and does not apply sales pressure.

Just had Edward at Mac's Plumbing come to my home to install a new heat pump water heater that was part of a SMUD rebate program.
The great experience started with Kristyn who answered my initial questions and did the scheduling. The field technician, Edward was a true professional who knew his craft. Today I had Mac's Plumbing Heating and air. This was my third company out. I called on Sunday and a lady called me right back. My AC was not working and I asked if I could get an appointment Monday morning. She told me it should not be a problem. Monday morning before 8:30am they had a tech out. AJ was great! He took a look at everything showed me what was going on. I actually had wires that were burnt and another part that was fried. He went over everything got me up and running and I finally had cold air.

Had a water heater replaced and Mac's bid was one of the only reasonable places I found. They were quick with a response and had my old water heater out and a new one in within 24hrs of calling after being without hot water for almost a week. The installer, Tommy, was efficient and professional. Will definitely use Mac's again if needed!
