Alameda was once part of one of the biggest coastal oak forests in the world, and was named in Spanish for "grove." The City of Alameda is now a city of homes, beaches and local businesses occupying three islands - Alameda Island, Bay Farm Island, and Coast Guard Island. Alameda Island is flat, with 5.7 miles of coastline - perfect for walking, biking, kite surfing, or kayaking.

Alameda Park Apartments is a two-building community. Building A faces Buena Vista Ave., and Building B is behind it, backed by a neighborhood park. These floorplans show the usable floor space in our apartments. Many rentals are advertised by square footage, so if you are comparing the square footage of apartments it helps to know how it's being calculated.

WONDERFUL PLACE TO LIVE. I loved living here. The apartments are really spacious and the grounds are always kept really clean! It’s a quiet place to love and the property manager is very sweet. I never had any issues getting mattinence requests completed in a timely fashion. Overall highly recommend checking it out!

I lived at Alameda Park Apartments for 4 years until I moved away from Alameda, and I always felt safe and comfortable there. My apartment was clean and quiet. Even though the neighborhood is good, I liked the protection of gated walk-in and parking security. Our on-site manager and maintenance person were super responsive, and they made sure everything was working well. The landscaping got a beautiful upgrade since the new manager came on board, and the grounds are meticulously maintained so it always looks pretty and clean. I'll miss my walks to Wes Cafe on Webster.

This was my partner and I’s first apartment together and we couldn’t have picked a better place. The process from the beginning of submitting our application to getting approved was quick, easy and seamless. The response time from the property manager Antoinette was consistent and so fast. Antoinette since the beginning has been nothing short of an amazing property manager. She always responds to her tenants needs and requests for maintenance quickly and efficiently, she cares for her tenants and treats them like family. We definitely felt like her family and a collective community while living

OMG the Appartment Property management office was a night mare.. the property manager behave like SHE'S THE QUIN and we're Slave... she most rude person I have ever meet in my life ... I could give it 3 star in terms of atmosfare ... but the environment was not friendly at all.... don't trust me just try to talk with her about any issue ... she yeld on respected tenant... only one leady make this entire environment hell....
