Extremely clean, cozy. Excellent service! Food is super fresh, great sizes.. amazing taste. I felt like someone had transported me to Italy highly recommended from someone that has tried food for 14 countries. 😉

Papa Rico’s has been my go to spot for years when it comes to Italian cuisine! The staff there makes you feel like family and the food is always fresh! Can’t wait to go back!

*** BUYER BEWARE of this place*** Arrived as schedule to pickup my pizzas, and left empty handed after an hour plus wait. To add insult to injury, they charged my credit card even though they didn't give me my pizzas. Papa Rico's practice of asking people to sign the receipt before you get your pizzas, while the attendant goes to the back to get the pies, its fraudulent since you keep customers waiting for a very long time and customers get fed up and leave frustrated and empty handed.

Was looking for a nearby pizza place that stacks up to The Big Cheese....but was a Big Mistake. Ordered the Belly Buster which should be called Wallet Buster. Nothing like described. And the "Heart Healthy" or whatever it's called, was a Heart Breaker. It's really disheartening, with countless pizza places in the area, none are worth the paper their names are on.

They have really poor customer service. We were waiting for someone to help us for more than 15 minutes and then other customers arrived and they were helped before us. Well, actually, they never helped us and we had to leave because I have a 2 years old that was super hungry and .... I am sorry but my baby can’t wait until you guys decide to attend us.

I grew up with this Resturant and never had a problem until today. We ordered delivery (we literally live across the street). The girl said 45 min no problem it got here 1 hour and 10 min later and the delivery person who i believe was the owner (by the sound of his voice) apologized to us for it getting here so late. We took the food and when we opened it up it was super cold we had to put it in the oven for Atleast another 20-30 min. I mean honestly if you no it’s been awhile and you saw no one delivering it why would you deliver it cold? Such a shame.

I love this place, its clean and been around since my sister and I were kids. My dad loved this place and use to always take us here every Friday night for pizza. The pizza's fresh,service excellent would most definitely recommend a good place to eat.
