This review was originally 2/5, but decided to update to 5/5 for the simple fact that my treatment as a customer was still positive despite my *initial* negative review and inadvertently discovered that the Staff was aware of my negative review but still chose to treat me properly and never drew attention to my review or did anything out of the ordinary to win my approval.
