This lady knows what she’s doing! I had Botox and Juvederm 4 years ago with a dermatologist and then a plastic surgeon with less than satisfactory results. Medrevive took much more time and care with my Juvederm and Botox which gave me better results. The whole experience was personal and attentive and far better than with the ‘professinals’.

The laser hair removal treatment I got here ruined my skin barrier, my self esteem, and took away my confidence for three years of my life. Attached are before and after pictures. I had generally clear skin with a little bit of hair on my face before my treatments. After I finished all 6 hair removal treatments on my face I began to break out terribly in these big cysts. Had a consultation for laser hair removal and it was truly one of the best consultations that I have ever had. From the moment that I walked in everyone was so friendly and welcoming. I spoke with Melody and she answered so many of my questions and truly made me feel so at ease and excited to tackle something that has been such an insecurity. I had an appointment on March 13 for a consultation on laser hair removal and all I can say is that I’m super excited to start my treatment here at Medrevive. The staff were super nice and friendly. They also follow the correct CDC guidelines to make sure everyone is safe and COVID free. I would recommend this place to friends and family members.

I enjoyed my experience so much that I booked some other treatments they had available! The deals were out of this world. I had to take advantage and I can hold onto my purchase for 2 years. Chem burn for $100. I am an African american woman (skin is skin regardless of ethnicity) I've had several chem peels in CA, VA, DC. This place I went to twice. And this was the result. I looked at reviews for med revive && it was great so I gave it a try, being local. But w. My own experience i won't go back. I felt like I paid $100 to get a permanent burn mark. I got fortunate that an MD fixed it for cheaper With only 1 product. Not like several free products medrevive gave me that made it worse.

Melody is the BEST! I opened up my Yelp app to leave a review on Melody. I just left MedRevive. I had microneedleing done on my neck today. I scrolled done to see a very disturbing review from Sarvenaz S. The more I read the review ...well more like a small Novel. I was so taken back and frankly shocked. I meant to update this to include a chemical peel I recently had (2 weeks ago on Saturday). I got a reminder phone call from Susan- very professional and she was also there on Saturday when I went in. You actually get a reminder email and/or phone call. The entire staff is courteous, friendly, competent and calm. I was nervous about the peel as I am black woman (brown skin) and read a little too much about side effects, but the staff is experienced, will walk you through the expectations and instructions. I am so disappointed on this clinic, not even a phone call or an email to set appointment or just to tell me they wont take me or my money? I walked in and ask for prices and everything looked fine, I canceled the consultation for a last minute trip 4 hours away because I could not changed it, I wanted to make sure I was available to ask the right questions. It is sad because it was close to my house, I find them very unprofessional on not reschedule or make a new date for consultation so they can actually tell me what I need and I guess someone else will be taking my money and my business, thanks
