We were at the store tonight November 1st around 5:30 ,never saw a clerk working ,wasn’t greeted at all never ask if we needed any help totally ignored ,finally went to check out she is standing behind the check out ,she wasn’t friendly she packs our purchases up it’s raining outside ,I ask if she had something to put over the top of the bag so our purchases wouldn’t get wet ,she looks at me and says no sorry ,I saw some tissue paper or something laying behind her and ask if we could use that and she replied Oh sorry I don’t know what that is ,I’m not allowed to do that and that was

I was a bit underwhelmed by the shoe selection: Sperrys/Uggs/Birkenstocks/ lots of Toms and some New Balance. That was it. (I was hoping for some Keens or Merrells). The whole store is, understandably, very much geared to the Miami-student/parent population, so as a non-student I did feel a bit out of place. And maybe I was expecting too much, but I was also underwhelmed by the service. The one sales person was fairly polite but supremely unhelpful. She did the bare minimum in terms of service and when I asked prices she'd point out where the prices were on the merchandise and sort of make me feel
