We really love what we do, and our chief instructor, Sifu Och, has been doing martial arts for almost 30 years. It is his strongly held belief that Wing Chun Kung Fu is one of the most relevant, practical forms of self defense throughout the martial arts. To truly learn necessary essential training, it must be coupled with persistence, practice and dedication.
Our diverse team of professional martial arts instructors and coaches have been training with us anywhere from 2 years to 10+ years! At Sifu Och Wing Chun, our goal is to uplift and encourage all students new and old to join the upper ranks of qualified and skilled wing chun practitioners! Coming from a long background from other martial arts, I can without a doubt that Sifu Och wing chun is one of the best martial arts schools I’ve had the privilege of learning under. Sifu Justin Och will take you step by step and teach you the real world applications of a once thought “dead in the water” martial art. WOW, show up here today with my wife and was kicked out by Liz (you can't sit and watch; members only; but you can watch through the widows, so unprofessional Liz. I have never been kicked out of a dojo in my life and yes, I drove from Northwest Georgia to get out this Sifu. YOU blue it, Liz. That is not how you treat future members, Liz. Beware!!!

I love Kickboxing here. This class is really amazing! It's not just a cardio, hit the air, workout class. It is a dynamic fitness experience that teaches real punches and kicks, timing, proper movement, take-downs, and other real life fighting techniques that many other "kickboxing" classes don't teach. I love that every time I go I can expect to get a great workout, but also learn something new. Every class is different, so I don't get bored doing the same routine over and over. The people there are really friendly as well.

This location is very thorough with their customer orientation. They carefully walk you through orientation, leaving no question unturned. Tim is possibly the coolest human being I've ever met. He has an impeccably positive attitude, which I believe is crucial when working closely with other human beings. The staff here is nothing short of professional. Liz is there with an equally positive and supportive attitude, ready to help you find a plan that fits for you! Give this place a chance and you'll be proud of yourself for taking the leap. I have been training here since 2007 and the quality of this martial arts school has consistently improved over the years. Sifu Och provides effective techniques and a family-like environment to learn them. Everything taught in class is encouraged to be tested under pressure. The classes are structured and the school is very clean.

If you're looking for a martial arts school, look no further. From the first day, everyone has been so helpful and welcoming, (staff and students alike). Sifu Och and the coaches are highly knowledgeable and only want to help you be the best that you can be. All martial arts schools can be intimidating, but they help you feel comfortable and confident.
If you have no former training, or if you do, they will teach you practical offensive and defensive techniques.
I have nothing but good things to say about the school and I'm so happy I stumbled upon them.

I’ve been training in martial arts for 29 years and there has never been a better experience than Sifu Och Wing Chun. You will learn how to defend yourself and loved ones, gain more confidence and feel like you’re part of a family. They offer several styles for different age groups and every instructor does an amazing job explaining techniques and being patient with all levels of comprehension. I highly recommend anyone and everyone looking for a martial arts school to call home to join our family!

I would recommend this place to anyone! My daughter is 5 years old and she attends the kids Kickboxing/Martial Arts class twice a week. She loves going to class and gets excited every time she learns new techniques! The staff here is amazing and will help your child learn how to defend themselves in real-world scenarios. Attending these classes has taught my daughter the importance of focus and discipline as well. I am proud of what she has accomplished and am looking forward to what she can learn from her coaches as time goes on!

My sister attends the kids martial arts class twice a week and been going now for a month or so and she absolutely loves it, looks forward to going and learning and I am amazed how far she has come in a short amount of time. The coaches are very attentive with all the kids and with every technique they learn they demonstrate every step along the way and they know how to communicate well for the kids to understand. I love their principles they teach of focus, discipline and respect and the environment is very friendly and welcoming. I would definitely recommend Sifu Och Wing Chun Kung Fu, the coaches

When Me and my husband were looking for a place to enroll our daughter into there were so many places to choose from but this one stood out to me. Now that she’s enrolled and just attended her second class I can see why it’s so recommended. Within the first week she is already so motivated to do more chores. She’s a bit clumsy but the instructor Liz is so patient and kind and can get the kids focus and get them to listen. I can’t wait to see the improvements in her! Im looking forward to the changes that she will make and how much she will grow!
