A visit to an urgent care facility or, if it is a life-threatening emergency, a visit to the emergency department. Urgent care facilities are a more convenient and cost-effective alternative to the emergency department.

I'm usually not one to leave bad reviews but, my experience with this place was ridiculous that I just can't help it. I scheduled an appointment for April 1st with this place. The time I was supposed to see the doctor virtually, Noone showed up. I contacted them multiple times, each time I was sent to voice-mail. I waited an hour and 30 minutes before logging off. 15 minutes later the doctor contacted me via cell phone, mostly blaming me for the lack of attendance to me at my scheduled appointment time. I didn't react, I let it go. After I was done talking to her, she scheduled me for blood work

Dr Wordlaw-Watkins is the best. She has great bedside manner and is very knowledgeable. She provides advise on natural alternatives to healthcare and is very comfortable discussing them. I love her hibiscus tea recipe which helps maintain my blood pressure. I thank her for her common sense approach. Since working with Dr Sandra, about 15+ years now, I have given up my practice of "self diagnosis". Added bonus is I now have someone I can talk freely with. I feel both comfortable and safe with her managing my healthcare.

I am extremely pleased and blessed to have Dr. Wordlaw-Watkins as my doctor. She and her staff are courteous, respectful, and personable. Dr. Wordlaw-Watkins has been my primary care provider for a very long time and I appreciate her service because she listens to my health concerns and provides a prompt response whether it’s a call back or via email through the healthcare patient portal. Overall, all of my in-person visits, Telehealth visits, or calling to speak to the advice nurse or to Dr. Wordlaw-Watkins have been positive experiences.
