This doctors office is terrible when Dr. Helen is not there I will suggest that you make appointments only to see Dr. Helen because her associates want to be super nurses and try to re-diagnose you for something that Dr. Helen already diagnosed you wait and then her helpers but when she’s not there a very rude and nasty I went there Friday can I get any steroids for my arthritis pain had to go to Pete my hospital to get relief because she thought I was gonna use steroids for recreational users

A year later slower than ever!!
The staff is friendly and informative however the wait is ridiculous!!!!! You don’t even wait this long in a ER I got here at 11:30 and I’m still waiting it is 12:59 every time I come appointment and all the wait time is at 2 hrs. I hope whoever run this establishment sees this and know it alright to hire help the hours u guys are no benefit if I waste half of the day in the lobby and the other half waiting in the room.

WORSE DOCTOR EVER!!!! EVERYONE WHO WORK HERE ARE SLOW. EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS DOCTOR IS SLOW. APPOINTMENT WAS AT 10am DIDNT LEAVE UNTIL 2pm AND THATS ONLY BECAUSE I WAS IN THE WAITING AREA FOR THAT LONG. Took my baby for one thing and they decided they wanted to see him for something else 😂. They are jokes.

This is the nastiest doctors office I have ever seen. Don't go here unless you are tryna catch a disease. went wit my gf for a female check and we left after waiting 2 hours and bc she was scared to take her clothes off in the room cuz it wuz nasty lookin and didnt want to walk on the filthy carpet. this place should b reported.

I have never seen a doctor care for their patients like Dr. Helen. The wait time can be long sometimes but it is because she cares about each patient and wants to give them optimal care and attention. Dr Helen was traveling in the past few years, advancing her education and her clinic was being managed by other providers. Now that she has returned, her plan is to make her practice even better than before.. I am a NP student that will be working with Dr. Helen in the near future. Horrible . The doctors have you waiting in the room forever before you are seen. They left the door open while I was dressing! I have been calling for 5 days and have not received a call back from the dr despite Being told she would call me . They left the nurse who was in training with me . I feel you should ask if I feel comfortable with her in the room. Just unprofessional all together

My experience with this facility was truly a waste of time. I come in with common cold symptoms, but I also had a loss of smell. I understood that I may have symptoms similar to COVID, but I went to this place for confirmation. After waiting three hours in the waiting area, I'm given an odd test that I'm told is a COVID test. It's negative. However, the doctor refuses to meet with me out of precaution. They rush me out saying that I have to quarantine because I have symptoms. I love this place. The staff is beyond friendly and knowledgeable. The wait times are expected since they take so many patients with a range of diverse insurance policies. The staff, whether the DR or the Nurses were friendly respectful and very helpful. Besides the professionalism they also seem to care unlike many other places. Every time I’ve called they handled it to the best of their ability and made referrals where and when necessary. I wouldn’t be as far along in my recovery even after a year later if it hadn’t been for star family. And I drive an hour and a half away just to be seen
