I have nothing but praise for my agent, Laura Dahlberg. Many times over the last few years I've forgotten a payment, added a driver, purchased new vehicles or simply had coverage questions. She has been responsive, professional, patient, courteous and friendly. I pay a lot less than I would elsewhere, but have very good coverage with her guidance. My husband was in a wreck due to inclement weather last year. Although nobody was seriously injured, he and the car needed some attention. Our claim was handled quickly, we were allowed a very nice rental and our car was returned good as new. When needed
