I wish I had used Melrose in my past purchases over the years. A buyer of our house used Melrose. We hit a potential snag over a property line and they were extremely helpful in guiding me through that. Everyone was really nice and knowledgeable. I would use Melrose in the future.

Do not use this title company. They will create a mess for you and your family. If you are a buyer, Melrose will not be looking out for the best interest your purchase. Most likely, they will take sides with the sellers. Their customer service is very very poor and they are not accessible for answering any questions or when you have any needs to address. After our closing, the title processor still gave the keys back to the sellers intead of our realtor. They are a lot of trouble. Take our advice. They are not helpful at all. Save yourself from the biggest mess at buying a home. It was a terrible
