Superior Title is my preferred title and closing office in Knoxville because I trust them, and I know they will always deliver. They go above and beyond to take care of anything my clients need. As a Realtor, clear title and smooth closings are crucial to ensure great experiences for everyone and Superior Title gets 5 stars from me! They have a friendly and knowledgable staff that's always willing to help. There are several larger great title companies in town, but with Superior Title they know you more than just a transaction.

This title company unprofessional and unorganized i’ve got a phone call from the lender that my check is ready at the superior title to go in and pick it up at 5:30 PM when I went down there very rude old lady Was working closing and finishing the paperwork for the house I sold without releasing my chick I ask her how comes you do Closing and finishing to releasing my house to the new buyers without pay me The value of the house her excuse was after hours and we cannot release the money I ask her why you finishing the paperwork and release my house and supposed to wait until when you have my
