I received a quote from Matt Lohoefer Insurance from Tasha and she did a wonderful job arranging for coverage on my vehicles and those of my children. She explained everything throughly and saved me money. What more could I ask for. When I purchased a new vehicle she handled all the details with the insurance company and I didn't have to do anything - except pay the premium.

Oh my goodness y'all, if you're looking looking for an absolutely AMAZING company, COME HERE. Tasha is my agent and she is the most helpful and RESPONSIVE person ever!! I myself work in insurance so I set my expectations very high and Tasha never fails to exceed those expectations. Her communication is spot on and if I have questions, she walks me through it.
My main thing is her communication. She will always keep me in the loop!

We were shopping around for quotes to add a new property to our mess of existing policies, and Tasha was one of the cheapest quotes we received back. She was responsive, thorough and answered all of the questions we asked of her. As a disclaimer, we did not go with her company, because we decided to keep our policies all together under another insurance company we've been using for the past 3 years. Tasha is very professional and her rates are competitive, so we do plan on revisiting with her in the near future to get a full comprehensive policy for all of our cars and properties. We highly

I state for the record I had no idea what I was doing. I have never owned a home and never shopped for auto insurance myself. Tasha was just a delight in helping me and promptly answering all my questions. I did shop around and what they offered was better than any where else. I am very pleased with my experience and I intend to use them again in the future.
