If I could put zero stars I would. Closing went fine but I was told I would get a confirmation email on my wire transfer within the hour. The wire was for a substantial amount of money. Susan told me to call her if there was a problem. I did not receive a confirmation or money within the hour. I could not reach Susan by phone. I called her office and was told by an office person that she would check and call me back. She did not call me back. I called again after another30 minutes and the person I spoke with was extremely rude, wouldn't let me finish my sentence, and she told me the problem

I closed the purchase of my Condo with Perrie & Associates, LLC and would highly recommend them to all my friends and family. They did a great job and we closed as scheduled. Perrie & Assoc used to be very service oriented. Unfortunately that has changed. Very poor attention to detail. Poor follow up and follow thru. Attorney Helena Cole is quite disinterested in the transaction detail. I never want to close there again. Most recent bad experience is the 2nd in 6 months.
