Services
A non-invasive form of therapy used for stimulation of muscle contraction using electrical impulses. The impulses mimic the action potential coming from the central nervous system, causing the muscles to contract. The electrodes are generally pads that adhere to the skin, and EMS machines. This therapy is successfully used in rehabilitative treatment of musculoskeletal injuries.
Most insurance plans are accepted at our office. We accept auto accident, workers compensation, personal injury, and most health insurance plans. Since there are so many plans and coverage varies widely, please call us to find out if your plan covers care in our office. I'm so glad we found Dr. Burnett! My daughter likes him a lot as he played an instrumental role in helping her recover from a shoulder injury. We didn't know much about chiropractic but Dr. Burnett showed us how valuable it could be under the right care. He was very straightforward with us, explained what he was doing, answered our questions and got right to work on her back and shoulders. The appts were always on time, short but very effective. The front desk receptionists and massage therapist are also very wonderful. Highly recommend!!

I wish I could give Dr. Dan more stars. I have had 6 years of debilitating lower back pain. I spent a majority of my 30s in pain and/or guarding it in fear. I have been to PT, other chiropractors, surgeons and acupuncturist with countless MRIs & X-rays. The moment I walked in I knew Dr. Dan was different, he is amazingly body intuitive. He addressed my lower back with mostly stretching/building strength and surprisingly minimal chiropractic manipulation. I will always be cautious of my back but Dr. Dan gave me back my mobility and I will be forever grateful.

Dr. Dan is truly a gem. As an RN, this year has been busy and rough on my back. Within one appointment, I was feeling 80% better. He teaches you the right stretches, strengthening, way to sit/work, etc. He’s efficient, effective and has great bedside manner. The office is 100% COVID safe - super clean and they get you back to a private room right away. Couldn’t recommend him more.

Dr. Dan is the best chiropractor I have had the pleasure of working with. He has helped me with chronic TMJ disorder pain, off and on, for quite awhile. He was the first medical professional that gave me hope that I might actually be out of pain someday.
The massage therapist, Debbie, is also one of the BEST massage therapists I have worked with. Her and Dr. Dan are both dedicated to helping solve the issues for you and teach you things you can do to help yourself.

I’ve seen Doc Dan off and on for many years now and he always gets me straighten out and feeling better. He always takes the time to educate, to explain the steps, and set you up for realistic expectations of how treatment will play out. You can’t ask for a better doc than that! I recommend him to everyone I know. I like the new office as well.

Great results in treatment for hips and back when in such discomfort. I used both massage and chiropractic care to relieve such pain I was having in my hips and back. Dr Dan helped me to recover with his treatments and his massage therapist with her care. Easy office access with friendly helpful staff. I would recommend this office to everyone.

Dr. Dan is the best, I've been coming to him for nearly 10 years now. He has fixed me up in every type of injuries I've had..between back issues, neck, ankles, arms, hands, fingers, you name it. Being an MMA fighter and professional athlete, the injuries are unavoidable. I've been fortunate to have Dr. Dan on my side.
