Autobody Repair Report

Even though it is hard to imagine that your car can be brought back to "life" through autobody repair after an accident, we can restore your vehicle and provide an optimal autobody repair so that your car has a showroom quality finish and looks "brand new" too! We use the Chief Laser Precision Frame Repair System to pull your vehicle back to exact manufacturer's specifications.

What to do for your Car Repair Report

Avoid cleaning your vehicle or using car waxes or polishes as these products tend to slow down our paint process. Please disable all automotive and audio alarm systems or provide us with the appropriate codes to bypass them during your repair process. You may wish to write down your radio station settings as they may be erased if the battery is disconnected during repairs.

Waited 3 weeks for a Chevy Malibu for a frame pull and alternator. They gave me a price that I agreed to then upon arriving they upped the price.
The alternator they sourced from global auto recyclers for $250 and charged me $400 for just the part(I asked for my old one they said it’s a $150 core charge). When I called to tell them the alternator is not fixed because my car has the same issue they told me to take it to another shop because they don’t specialize in hybrids (so why did you change the alternator in the first place). Will not return
( also they could not put on the belt tensioner

My Uncle's car was towed here from Palos Hills. His total experience was not pleasant at all! Not only did repairs take an excessive amount of time, it was hard to get a straight answer whenever he called ... a total run-around continually. My uncle would not recommend this shop to anyone.

The owner of the shop is also the mayor of willow springs, il and he will not release any vehicle on the road unless it is safe enough , no eceptions.
