Critical: Professionalism
I needed one license plate taken off and they told me they’d have to take a panel off my car, it wouldn’t be easy or cheap, I needed to make an appointment for next week. The next place I called did it for free same day in less than 10 minutes. Don’t like when people try to rip me off.

Our son recently had car trouble and being a student and originally from NJ, he did not have a mechanic in the area. We feel very lucky that he found Smitty"s Automotive Services. They aren't rude and inconsiderate - according to the reviewer above.. they are BEING reasonable. If they say no then it means no, but if they nod their head "yes" then you're in luck! I have a very high respect for their line of work. Firestone on the other hand totally ruined it.. screw them. Smitty did a lot better job than Firestone who hired drug junkies off the street to fix peoples' car.
Secondly, they get the job done for a REASONABLE PRICE! I had a transmission blown out last year and they replaced it within days. And 12 months warranty, fantastic!!!!
Now I have to get my gas tank replaced
