The story of 3 Brothers Pizza Cafe started back in 2009 when Jay Astafa, one of the 3 Brothers, created a vegan menu for his dad's restaurant. Before that, 3 Brothers Pizza Cafe was just a standard Long Island pizzeria. Since then his vegan menu has become super popular, and 3 Brothers Pizza Cafe has now become a destination restaurant and 70% of the restaurant is vegan.
Leona & 3 Brothers offers a seafood menu as well as a fully vegan menu. We've always strived to make sure we serve Long Island's freshest quality fish and seafood in combination with excellent customer service. We make sure that our quality is kept consistent whether dining in our 50 seat restaurant or ordering from our take out.

On our 1st visit we were celebrating a family birthday. We have a few members who are vegan so this was a great choice. It’s a cozy little place which offers traditional Italian fare along with it’s Vegan counterpart. The waiter was very patient & accommodating. The decor was attractive. The food was delicious & the servings were generous. I don’t think any of us were able to complete our entrees. They provided freshly baked bread & bruschetta @ no charge for the table. They allowed us to bring a Bday cake & they held it & served it with no cakeage charge. We lingered & laughed & took pictures

I went here for the first time yesterday and the food was amazing. I really loved how versatile the menu was. It was accommodating to anyone that was vegan vegetarian, and anyone that eats meat or seafood. I love the atmosphere and the staff everyone was very welcoming and kind. It has the family style that I loved and you can feel the love in the food. I thoroughly enjoyed the cauliflower buffalo "wings" and mushroom calamari they were amazing. I definitely recommend this restaurant and will be coming back very soon.

This was my first time here, and I was a bit disappointed at first. My girlfriend and I were excited to try a place that was so vegan friendly, even though we’re both Episcopalian. The service was a bit slow and the kitchen ‘lost our order’ which made me ‘lose my appetite’. Going to the bathroom was interesting, if you’re a fan of funhouse mirrors. After 45 minutes we finally got our entrees as the table who sat after us was getting the check. If it was slammed I wouldn’t mind but the restaurant was not even half full (half empty?) food was good, which was the saving grace for this
