Services
To allow ample time for all patients and scheduled surgical procedures, we operate primarily by appointment. Emergency cases shall always receive top priority, which is why occasional appointment delay is inevitable. Please realize that we make a sincere attempt to see each client on time. We see patients in the following order; emergencies, appointments and then walk-ins.
At Liles Animal Clinic, we believe in the importance of preventative care, including cat and dog exams, to keep your best friend safe and healthy for years to come. After all, preventing health problems is more cost-effective and better for your pet's health than treating problems after they have already occurred.
Staying up-to-date with your pet's vaccinations is one of the most effective ways to keep them healthy and prevent the spread of infection. Dogs and cats alike benefit from the protection their vaccines provide, and even if they spend most if not all of their time indoors, it is still essential that they receive their core vaccines.
February is Dental Health Month, and we're celebrating by offering a 20% discount on cat and dog teeth cleanings and dental x-rays. Schedule your pet's appointment in February by giving us a call at (501) 268-5381. Your pet's oral health is one of the most important aspects of their overall physical well-being.
When your pet is in need of surgery, the animal hospital in Searcy, AR, is here to provide dedicated surgical services for their needs. Safety is a matter of great concern for us as we care for our patients and for this reason we recommend pre-anesthetic blood work be performed on all patients.
This blood work can help to determine if there are any physical conditions that we need to be concerned about as we administer anesthesia and is a means of ensuring your pet's safety at all times during their procedure. For many specialized surgeries, we work closely with a Board Certified Veterinary surgeon in Little Rock, AR, who can perform more extensive care, such as bone surgeries.

I have used Lile’s clinic in the past. I shouldn’t have went somewhere else. My almost 2 year old Pomeranian had a seizure, she has never done anything like that before. The vet we have been using didn’t even have an emergency number to call on their answering machine. My husband called Lile’s Clinic and then called the emergency number on the voice mail. Dr Lile’s called us even though we wasn’t his client’s. He was very helpful, and encouraging. He just won me over. My fur babies are very precious to me, & I want them to have a doctor who cares enough to answer an emergency call

I started using Dr. Liles and his team 9 years ago. Everyone there goes above and beyond to help. Dr. Liles has opened up the office on his days off for emergencies I've had with my 9 year old Yorkie, Zeus. He is an amazing doctor. Wendy and Harley are always so nice and helpful. I will never take any of my animals to a different place! Very highly recommended!

Dr. Liles and his staff are AWESOME!! I’ve used him for over 20 years. My dog was diagnosed with kidney disease. They went above and beyond with caring for her. What we thot at first was that I’d have only a few weeks left with her. With their dedication and care I was able to keep her 9 months. They go above and beyond taking care of your pet, they keep you well informed about anything that’s going on. You can’t find a more caring, helpful, & loving group. You can not go wrong putting your fur babies in there very capable hands…♥️

First time going there. So friendly and understanding. I have a Boston Terrier mix that is having serious problems. They were able to get us in the next day after I got on their website and requested an appointment.
Michael Liles is the veterinarian that saw us. He discussed the problems with me and the treatment options. Extremely understanding that I may not be able to afford some things. I will continue to use this office for as long as necessary.
