These guys are the best! I needed to get a small crack repaired on the front glass of my Samsung s8 in order to turn in to At&t for an upgrade. The screen still worked (minus some screen burn), I just needed front glass repaired. Prior to finding this place on YouTube, everywhere I went was charging over 300 dollars for a repair. That was out of our price range and I couldnt afford that price. and I also didn't need a new battery or anything that comes with those packages since i was simply going to turn in the phone. So, I went to YouTube to see how those repairs work and found these guys!

Mr Phone Dr. is now my go to phone repair shop & I'm a Chicago customer. Thanks to their YouTube video I found this place & glad I didn't give up on this phone. These guys gave me a fair price on a glass only repair along with an added curved glass protector for an additional 30 bucks. EVERYWHERE in the Chicago area wouldn't touch my s10 plus with out doing the whole screen under 300-350 range, Even Samsung repair couldn't help me they just want to sell me another $1000 phone. I was a bit skeptical at first, but they have top notch customer service to make you feel confident and safe that your phone is in good hands. I just got my phone back and I just say, they did a great job! I did see a couple small pieces of dust or material got in between the new screen and AMO LED but it's not a big deal. My phone was originally sent in for a cracked screen, but the AMO LED was fine.

Not sure if I just got unlucky but I went to get my cracked phone screen repaired that at the time had no Damage on the display. I paid around 240-250, which was fair. A few months later green lines started appearing on the screen. To my luck only a 90 day warranty is given. So $250 and not even a year later after the screen replacement, more lines have appeared. Maybe I just had bad luck, not sure. But 250 is a lot of money for the screen to only be in perfect condition for 3-4 months. I have refrained from leaving this review for months now because I just don't like to leave bad input. Overall

My son cracked the glass on his Note8. I couldn't find a local place that would do just the glass so I ended up mailing it to MyPhoneDoctor.com. In the end there's a couple of things I wish I would have known ahead of time to make a decission.
1) Time: I thought they would have it in-house for 3-5 days. It was more like 2-3 weeks. So plan on that.
2) Result: This may just be my fault and I missed it, but A, it's not Samsung glass - at least by shape, and B, you are going to have a pretty shoddy looking digitizer (under the glass) when you get it back.

Highly recommended! My son decided to throw my phone and crack my whole screen on my galaxy...I searched and called multiple places to have it fixed but at as reasonable price. Everywhere I called wanted 3 to 400 bucks. I found mr phone doctor and they fixed it the following day for under 200 bucks ! They did a great job and I have zero issues, great customer service as well.

I don't recommended Mrphonedoctor Why? I send my note 9 for screen glass replacement with the original Samsung box and the box was not returned back to me Why? they say they have millions of customers box!!!hahaha. Also the new aftermarket screen glass not working with the S pen after many days try to find out what t f*** happen??? I decided to call Samsung and they replaced the screen for another one for the s pen start working...Aftermarket screen glass made S pen not working!!! I pay double... thank you Mrphonedoctor...My opinion is don't send your phone to this jokers...MrPhoneDoctor

Called Javier on a Saturday afternoon to see if I could save my iPhone 6 that i washed in the laundry the night before. I tried leaving it in rice to dry it out but no luck, so I thought lets see what happens. Javier came to my work, looked at the phone & took it to the truck to crack it open and see if he could work his magic and save my phone. Good news was he could get it working, bad news he would have to actually send in the phone to apple to replace a chip on the board. Ended up having to replace the battery and sensor/glass screen but was well with it to save all my info such as contacts

I requested the mail-in service from Texas, and though I was apprehensive about mailing my phone to someone for repair, my worries were unfounded. Javier e-mailed me when he received it, communicated with me about some minor cosmetic damage to the display underneath the glass, and offered to repair it also. Though I did not take him up on this offer, I could not be happier with the glass repair. It is seamless and the phone looks like new again. The entire repair process took only a week, including shipping time both ways. Highly recommend!

My experience with Mr Phone Doctor in Las Cruces was stellar. My iPhone needed a new screen. Another store insisted I leave it with them for an hour, unlocked. Leaving all my personal data with them felt risky. I wouldn't take the chance. I called Mr Phone Doctor. Javier came the same day. He was extremely courteous, and fixed my phone right in front of me.
Later on I noticed a problem with the right side of the keyboard not working correctly. I called Javier back and he came out again and fixed it. He replaced the screen a second time and a ribbon cable, all for free. It was under warranty

I needed my IPhone 6 battery replaced. Owner, Javier, was very responsive to my questions I sent via Yelp. His responses were very fast. After the battery came in he was able to set up an appointment the following day. He came to my house with his mobile van, and he only took 1/2 hour to replace the battery. He was very professional and his price was fair. I will give him my future business.
