Attempted to return a pair of shoes. ( one shoe was too small) that I had tried to wear for 3 days. Sr max sent them back and said because tyhey were worn there was not way to return or exchange them... the shescerre clean and had a small crease from walking i n them.... I will never order from them again... horrible customer service and defective shoes.
