I cant say enough. how much I appreciate the AWESOME workmanship performed on the special heel and sole replacement on my leather dress shoes!! My shoes were done exactly the way I wanted. I have been a customer since 2016 and remain very pleased. Allie is the nicest, and biggest thanks to her Dad (Owner) also. Great job !!!

Dissatisfied with repair of leather straps on my favorite hand bag, an all leather Tignello (retail price $119 - bought it on clearance for $60). Wanted to replace -asked about $ & options & if cost worth it or buy another bag. Told could be repaired to look just as good- by wrapping handles with matching leather. Also wanted rest of bag "cleaned up" polished or something to fresh it up. Isn't that old, but well worn- as I said it's my favorite.
Went to pick up several months ago & handles "patched" in small places (about 6) -looked awful. Expressed surprise & dissatisfaction not all one piece

I have been bringing shoes here for at least eight years. I have read some of the other reviews and find them counter to every experience I have had. The prices are very reasonable and the quality of the workmanship is very high. I had a pair of leather-soled shoes with several significant holes repaired and not only were the repairs made completely, they were so well done that I could barely even see where the new sole began and the old one ended.
